- Standard Appeals: September 2007 (Receipt Date)
The chance that your case will get audited is high because of the ECONOMIC CRISIS. You think the government will approve your case that says your company cannot find a US worker? Dream on.
It is such a shame that your lawyers scam you into retaining their services to do your cases. Some people have been waiting since late 2007.
