Nobel Prize Winner: US Education is "About to Get Worse"

Immigrants with children be aware:

The US education, especially the primary and secondary schools, is known to be the worst among all developed nations. Young kids can't do math, read maps, or even spell. This blogger has met college students who can't spell and don't even know the meaning of a simple word "humble".

DO NOT COME HERE TO RUIN THE FUTURE OF YOUR KIDS! If you need to, send your kids to some other countries like the United Kingdom, Singapore, ...etc.

However, this is another story if you are coming here for your graduate school. Over half of graduate students in engineering, computer, economics, mathematics are foreigners. If you go to the engineering department at UCLA, you will find that you don't even need to speak English as most professors and students speak Chinese.
